🛒材料:

高筋麵粉400克,奶粉20克,雞蛋液50克,牛奶250克(根據麵粉的吸水±10克),新鮮酵母15克(或者是乾酵母5克)白糖50克,鹽4.5克,黃油40克。老面100克(沒有可以不放)

表面:素香腸粒,玉米粒,沙拉醬,番茄醬適量。

👩🏽‍🍳:1⃣️除了黃油以外,把所有的材料依次放入廚師機,(夏天揉面要用冰的液體)2檔混合均勻再用5檔揉到能拉出粗膜的時候加入黃油,再用2檔把黃油揉到完全吸收後,繼續用5檔揉到完全階段,能拉出彈性的手套膜。取出麵糰平均分成12份,放保鮮盒醒15分鐘左右。(夏天少醒一會,冬天多醒一會)

2⃣️拿出醒好的麵糰擀成圓形,放入紙托,表面用叉子扎孔,擺放在烤盤上,放發 酵箱30—35度,濕度80,發 酵到2倍大。層爐烤箱提前預熱上火210度,下火200度。

3⃣️把發酵好的麵糰表面刷上番茄醬,撒上素香腸,玉米粒,芝士碎,擠上沙拉醬,番茄醬。

4⃣️放入提前預熱好的烤箱上火210度,下火200度烤13分鐘左右,顏色滿意就出爐。(普通家用烤箱用上下火🔥180度放烤箱中層烤18分鐘左右)。

🛒Ingredients:

4⃣️Put it in the preheated oven at 210 degrees on the upper fire and 200 degrees on the lower fire for about 13 minutes, and take it out of the oven when you like the color.
